Why can’t I play? Do I need a GeoComply plugin?

How do I make a deposit?

Deposit from the Caesars Atlantic City Cage
You can make a deposit from the chips cashier in Caesars Atlantic City, referred to as ‘The Cage’. Next to ‘The Cage’ inside Caesars Atlantic City is a phone. From this phone you can make a call to our Customer Support 24/7 and ask to make a deposit of cash from the Cage directly into your online account. Customer support will ask some questions to verify your identity: your full name, your e-mail address, address and date of birth. They will also ask how much you want to deposit.
After this you need to go back to the Cage. The Caesars personnel in the cage will see the approval for a pending deposit in their computer system. Once you have paid this pending deposit to the Caesars personnel, they will credit the funds to your online account.
Withdraw from the Caesars Atlantic City Cage
You can ask for a withdraw from the chips cashier in Caesars Atlantic City, referred to as ‘The Cage’.

If I'm located within New Jersey, but near the New Jersey state borders, will I be accurately located within the state of New Jersey?
In most cases, yes, however if you are less than a half a mile from the border, you may be blocked from play and will need to move further away from the border and try again. Your IP address may also be incorrectly placing you in a neighboring state.
If I have remote desktop software, such as LogMeIn or GoToMyPC, actively running on my laptop or desktop, can I still be accurately geo-located?
If you have remote desktop software running on your device, you will not be able to access real money gaming. You will need to quit these programs and ensure they are no longer running on your device.
How can I turn off or remove remote desktop software, which may prevent accurate location verification?
The behavior of these programs vary however you will need to ensure not only are they disconnected and closed, but no longer running in the background in order to play. To check if these programs are still running and force these programs to quit on a PC, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to access your computer's Task Manager. To do this on a Mac, use the Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder of your Applications. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to remove them from your computer completely. To do this on a PC, go to the Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall > and select/remove the program from the list. To do this on a Mac, locate the program in your Applications folder and drag to the trash.
If I have proxy or VPN software, such as Witopia, OpenVPN, or HMA, actively running on my laptop or desktop, can I still be accurately geo-located?
If you have a proxy or VPN running on your device, you will not be able to access real money gaming. You will need to quit these programs and ensure they are no longer running on your device.
If I'm using a public WiFi hotspot to access the internet, can I still be accurately geo-located?
Yes you can. However, please be aware that from time to time, when using an internet connection provided by some larger businesses, their internet connection source may be associated with a location outside of New Jersey. To resolve this issue, you may need to try accessing the internet from another location/connection source.
