What if I was on a Cool Off period on TropicanaCasino.com? What if I had self-excluded myself from the TropicanaCasino.com app?
If your account was on a cool off period or you had self excluded from the TropicanaCasino.com app, account on TropicanaCasino.com was closed, and your information will not be migrated to CaesarsCasino.com. This includes customers whose cool off period had ended, but they had not reactivated their account. You will be receiving any remaining funds from your TropicanaCasino.com account in the coming weeks.
Will my TropicanaCasino.com account be inaccessible while this transfer takes place?
Yes, your TropicanaCasino.com account will be unavailable starting the evening of Monday, June 13th. On the afternoon of June 16th, your balance and account access will be available on CaesarsCasino.com. We will let you know by posting an FAQ if this takes longer.
What if I don’t have an account on TropicanaCasino.com? What is happening to my account?
If you don’t have a TropicanaCasino.com account, nothing with change with your existing CaesarsCasino.com account. Once the CaesarsCasino.com platform is live again (expected the afternoon of Thursday, June 16), your account will be available with nothing having changed.
