Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC DBA CaesarsCasino.com (“CIENJ”) $500 Matched Sports Free Bet refers to the online event occurring from September 7, 2019 to ongoing (the “Promotional Period”). All times are Eastern Time.

Terms and Conditions for any CaesarsCasino.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the CaesarsCasino.com Terms of Service http://www.caesarscasino.com/policies/terms-conditions/ (the “Terms of Service”), the CaesarsCasino.com Bonus Policy https://www.caesarscasino.com/policies/bonus-policy (the “Bonus Policy”) and the General Promotion Rules https://www.caesarscasino.com/policies/general-promotion-rules. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and/or the General Promotion Rules and the specific promotion terms herein, the specific promotion terms herein shall prevail.  In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

PROMOTION SPECIFIC RULES:

• Subject to CaesarsCasino.com discretion, and the terms and conditions set out below.
• This is a targeted marketing campaign to be used throughout the year. Players will be notified of this promotion via the website, email, social media, in-client banner, or other marketing collateral.
• Only invited players are eligible for this bonus; code may not be shared.
• To be eligible for the Sports Free Bet Bonus Match, a player must have registered for and obtained a valid and verified CaesarsCasino.com real-money account.
• If a player claims another bonus offer with their registration, they will be ineligible for this offer.
• Limited to one offer per player
• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers

Claiming the Bonus:

• Upon meeting the registration requirements, players are required to place an eligible cash bet to receive the free bet reward. A free bet will then be awarded, equal to the value of the first cash sports bet placed after the qualifying sports wager, up to $500.
• If a bonus code is required, the player must also enter the given bonus code during the registration process.
• If there are multiple qualifying bets on your betslip, the first bet placed will be the qualifying bet.
• If there are restrictions on the eligibility of the cash bet, it will be noted on the maketing collateral.
• This free bet bonus will be used to “stake” an online sports wager.

Placing the bet

• The free bet bonus must be used in full and cannot be divided into multiple bets. If the free bet is not used in full, the remaining free bet amount will be forfeited.
• You are limited to one free bet bonus per bet slip.

Free bet payout:

• If the event the player wagered on results in a win, the player will receive the winnings from the wager, but not the free bet stake amount into their winnings. For example, a $10 free bet at -110 odds would return $9.10 ($19.10 – original $10 free bet stake = $9.10).
  
  

Eligible Games:

• Sports free bets may only be used on sports wagering. Free bets are not valid on casino games.
• Free bets only valid on events with minimum odds greater than -200. Example: an event with odds of -300 will not be eligible to use the free bet. An event with odds of +300 will be eligible to use the free bet.
• Free bets may be further restricted to specific events and/or minimum odds. Restrictions will be noted on the marketing collateral.

Wagering Requirements:

• All bonuses associated with the above promotion are subject to CaesarsCasino.com discretion and all terms and conditions.
• Players will have up to 7 days to use the free bet from the day the bonus is awarded, or in the case of a bonus offer being event specific, then subject to the event being available for wagering, whichever is earlier.
• In the event all wagering requirements are not met, any free bet amounts will be forfeited while unused cash deposit amounts will remain available
• If the event is cancelled, the player's freebet is lost and the freebet will not be returned.

Accounting:

• The CIENJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.

General:

• Must be physically located within the state of New Jersey to participate in any CIENJ promotion and Wager on any device.
• Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.
• Employees or Caesars Entertainment are not eligible to particpate.
• Trademarks used herein are owned by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, LLC and its affiliated companies. All other trademarks not owned by Caesars that appear herein are the property of their respective owners.
• In the occasion that the event is cancelled, any bonus and associated winnings will be forfieted
• Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
